SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your orders will be dispatched in 5 Business days from Monday to Friday (Business Days excludes Public Holidays, Festive Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and any other Regional, Local or National Holidays and any unforeseen circumstances like Floods, Riots, Local Area Disturbances, any Natural or Human Calamities).

Orders will be dispatched via Surface Courier. Shipping Transit time post-dispatch is typically 5-7 Business Days for Metros, 8-10 Business Days for Non-Metros / Tier 3 Cities and 10-12 Business Days for North East / Kolkata shipments. Please ensure proper address, pin code along with correct mobile number is provided for seamless deliveries.

Delivery will be made only to street addresses. Products will not be delivered to PO Box addresses.

If your order is outside delivery limits, our customer service team may contact you for analternate address and the above timelines may vary.

In case of Fake Scans by courier where the courier has not attempted delivery but updated tracking status such as Consignee Unavailable, Consignee Refused to Accept, Consignee not answering calls etc. please email escalations@foxboxretail.com along with your order number and the tracking number. The team will escalate it with the courier partner to expedite the delivery.

If there are any cases where tracking shows the shipment is delivered and the employee has not received it, the same should be escalated within 12 Business Hours.

Resolution time from courier partners to resolve any issues are between 72-96 Working Hours.

Please Note : Do not accept the shipment if the shipment seems to be damaged or tampered with. In case if you accept the same, please make an unboxing video andshare it with escalations@foxboxretail.com along with your order number. Such cases to be highlighted within 12 Business Hours upon receiving the shipment.
