All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects subject to the following conditions:

  • All Replacements cases are considered within 2 Business days after the date of delivery.
  • FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for exchange.
  • All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects or if the user has received any broken or damaged product. An unboxing video and images of the damage needs to be shared with escalations@foxboxretail.com along with your order number. Such cases to be highlighted within 12 Business Hours upon receiving the shipment.

Received something faulty?

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to provide a replacement product provided the item is returned back to us in 7 working days time.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted within 12 Business hours of receiving the order.

In case if any employee has received a defective product the same should be informed to FOXBOX within 12 Business Hours of the delivery of the order.

If the item is received damaged during shipping, please provide video / photographic evidence of the damaged items within 12 Business Hours of receiving the products. An unboxing video and images of the damage needs to be shared with escalations@foxboxretail.com along with your order number. Post verifying we will send the replacement.

Cancellation: Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.
